Respected Lebron Sir,
The player 45215 is Not Even Indulging in Proper RP situation, and I don't think that running away from RDM situation is a violation of Gen rule 6.2( for which I got a warn and a Prison of 180 mins)
There are even proper visible proofs, even in screenshots and POV, where player 60138 mentioning that he is coming to buy the Vehicle Mercedes Maybach Pullman for 4 Mils, He saying his friend coming with the money(The one who came in Black Dodge Viper, with Shotgun in his hand) and started shooting me giving irl 3 seconds while counting 5, Is this how 5 seconds work?
Then after that, In one screenshot, there is a clear mention where 60138 is saying he was killed and was at hospital and other guy stole the car(which is a lie), BUT the catch is 60138 is found driving the car, also available in POV screenshots, he was shot down, and to escape the Stealing the SCAMMED vehicle(If you are not able to conclude from all POV video and ss, ask me, I will be happy to help), he left the city to escape his own imprisonment which comes under combat log.
So first of all:
1. I wasn't escaping RP situation, I was escaping RDM situation which is not a violation of Gen rule 6.3 as mentioned by your junior admins, because it wasn't a RP situation anyways because 45215 failed to issue proper demands and give a total of actual 5 seconds to make it count as an RP situation and started shooting ,, So I think the punishment I am given is absurd and I do not deserve it.
2. The person 60138 has done Scamming, saying he is coming to buy for 4 mils, he clearly says his friend is coming with money(who came with a shotgun) to buy the vehicle, and literally stole the vehicle. So scam was one thing(And he didn't get any punishment for that), also above that, when 60138 left the game to escape his RP situation when he was shot, that means he has escaped an RP situation of his own which comes under Gen rule 6.2(And he didn't get any punishment for that too)
So please I request you to see each and every evidences clearly.
And if you think I deserve this punishment for running form that shooting situation, then it wasn't actually a violation of Gen rule 6.2 as counting of 5 seconds doesn't work that way and so RP situation finishes there, and Running from RDM situation doesn't come under violation of any rules, There was no where safe to run at that moment, so I ran to home indistinctively. And 60138 did mass rule break that comes in SCAMMING and Combat log on purpose (which is violation of GEN Rule 6.2/ but he didn't get any single punishment yet) also deserves permanent ban for mass rule break for Scamming and Violation of Gen Rule 6.2
I hope for a positive response and removal of my undeserved warning ( also if there is anything you can compensate for my falsely given prison time which I definitely did not deserve)
