Upon Reviewing the evidence provided, I have decided to Accept this report
ID 73264 will receive a punishment for RDM
ID 82506 will receive a punishment for Provoking
73264, You started to punch with out any say of a demand, but then later decided to give a demand, you need to give a demand before punching or shooting.
82506, From your POV provided even though i cant hear you speaking it does seems like you was bothering them on purpose base on your actions, this is PROVOKING, it is not aloud.
