Life story:
John was born in the Los Santos ghetto, in a poor white family, and has always been surrounded by minorities throughout his childhood, hence he got many of gang members' and other criminals' treats. In his early teens used to be a criminal and got addicted to drugs. He had the respect in the ghetto, due to his driving skills, stealing cars, and his talent for leadership. He was able to create sophisticated schemes and plans, such as using self-made drones to locate targets or using GPS trackers and frequency interceptors (also self-made) to track and break into cars to steal them. When he was in high school, both of his parents were killed by unknown criminals, and he was left with his little sister who was an excellent student in her primary school. Since that accident, John became to hate every criminal in the city and wanted to get back at them. After that, he wanted to turn around his and his sister's lives and went to rehab. He was able to win over his drug addiction but has developed a heavy addiction to cigarettes, as they helped him throughout his withdrawals.
Career story:
Wanting to support his sister, provide for what was left of his family and take his revenge, he dropped out of high school and went to a police academy using his fake IDs. He learned to use lethal weapons to their maximum potential in the academy, and his driving skills were noticed quickly by his instructors. After the academy, he was invited to SAHP with a recommendation from his instructors from the academy. In the SAHP his talents as a leader were noticed by Sheriff Elon Moose, and he was rapidly climbing the career ladder, ending up as Assistant Sheriff. With the help from the government, he was able to help his sister transfer to a prestige school in Los Santos, and the money was no longer a problem with the health insurance provided to the officers' families. Having the power to take his long-awaited revenge on all criminals in the city, he secretly robs and even kills some of them, while making sure that those detained by him while on duty receive the maximum sentences.
Outcomes:
1. John can loot/take weapons from gang members and other criminals to use them even if they are illegal
2. John can rob/kill criminals in the ghetto, or kidnap and rob them in a quiet place
3. John can lie about requesting an attorney, or deny one
4. John can use illegal firearms on duty and off duty, ones he bought himself or looted/robbed from his victims
5. Jon can use the truth serum to extract information from detainees (has to use command /try, only 2 tries)
6. John can break his or his victims' bodycams (has to use the command /try, only 2 tries)
7. John can use a hidden bodycam all the time, even off duty (has to use the commands /me attaches a small waterproof/bulletproof bodycam and hides it on his belt; /do Hidden bodycam is recording)
