1) Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1.First of all i see most of the ng hrt hc and other people dont care about rules and requirements so i want to change that
2.I want to protect NG base from gang hand and i want to protect my city
3. I love to work as a National Guard and also love to help the innocents from thugs, mafias and gangs, etc.
4.i want to manage the whole ng and the whole base
2) Your advice for improving Role play level in the organization:
1.I will give them their bonuses daily so, they can work to their full potential
2. Make the scout every 5 minutes for making the area (under NG) safe from gangs
3.Ranks will not be given to everybody only the ones who deserve them.
4. New training system, This will make sure of how to use proper commands and some training for outside the base.
