yesterday i bought a house a house from a person he was leaving the rp life...i found him in the parking next to his appartment 1224 at that time.. i didnt know him at that moment he was standing with a friend of mined which i made like 30 min ago ...i went to say him a hello to my friend i interduce me to him .. the person who gave me the appartment after the conversation said.. would u mind buying the house i said yes... he said there will be a power cut on my side so come with me fast ..so i walk with him .. i saw the GOV value of it .. i he said its ok as its not mentioned in 1.9 ...i did know the rule clarly ... so i bought it .. he gave me the money back saying it dosent mean to him as he is leaving.. i said ok.. and he he gave

i know i did the thing wrong now .. i didnt did it intensialy sir .. If i knowned it clary i would not do it
