Rejected Fail rp I Hemanth

Hello!
I was robbing in ghetto couple hours ago and i told someone to say something in their radio. That person then left their family and said that they dont have a radio anymore. I found that kinda wierd so i asked admin if thats allowed and then got the answer that theres no rules against it.
So when i got robbed couple hours later i did same thing. But then Hemanth spawned and said that i will be punished for fail rp. I told him to check my admin ticket history so he can see that emad told me theres no rules against it.
Hemanth still punished me for fail rp knowing that i just had got the wrong info by admin. When hemanth came to when i got robbed and talked to me i kept telling him that i had no idea its fail rp since Emad told me it isnt and hemanth felt like i was telling him what to do and what not to do so i belive that beacuse he got slightly mad at me he wanted to punish me even tho i told him multiple times that Emad told me it was allowed.

Just want to add that after a little time adham took me out of demorg so i was barely punished but i still belive Hemanth did the wrong thing by punishing me even tho he knew i had got wrong information.
