We were patrolling around the city when we saw this man unconscious. So we went to him and then we gathered intel that he was the one shooting the other family. So me and my colleague asked for the permission to search him. But he continuously denied. So I searched him on the PDA and arrested him for being wanted by the state. And then I tried to take him, his friend came, VDMed, Mercy killed and then Cobat logged. I hope I have enough evidences of this guy breaking multiple rules.
