Additional information:
1.Leader of LSPD
2.Why do you want to be leader of this specific organization?
A.I do have a lot of experience, especially in the LSPD because it was my first organization and I put a lot of effort into it. I have also held the positions of deputy chief of police and leader twice (in EN1 and EN3), in addition to other leadership positions. I achieved ranks of 28 in SAHP, 29 in the NG, and 27 in government, but the LSPD was the one I enjoyed the most, so I think I am qualified to be a leader.
B. In my opinion, the LSPD is not a company that creates departments arbitrarily, and based on my expertise, I believe the LSPD will require the following four departments:
1.FTO: They will serve as the entrance to the LSPD, conducting all of the interviews and training all of the officers. As a result, they will be a crucial department in ensuring that the LSPD is performing its duties properly.
2. Internal Affairs: They will oversee the safety of the LSPD, ensuring that all of our units are operational, that all of the officers have valid licenses to carry firearms and health insurance, that they don't have any illegal items on them or in their vehicles, and that they aren't breaking any laws.
3.S.W.A.T. : The LSPD wants these units to make significant contributions to the nation; they will focus on robberies and banditries and educate the entire LSPD on crisis management.
4.Detectives: They will work with the F.I.B. to acquire as much evidence as they can in order to identify and apprehend people who try to make the city dangerous and difficult to live in.
C.The city of Los Santos needs a leader who is dedicated to building a strong foundation for the LSPD. I have countless hours of experience and have spent even more time educating others in the profession, so I know just how to handle this challenging upcoming path.
3.Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
I'll make sure everyone is aware of the rules, and I'll make sure that the interview gets harder with each rank in order to ensure that at the end I don't have any high commands, but that I do have one of the best high commands teams in the English 3 server. Officers will be punished for making any small mistakes, with punishments starting from verbal warning up until termination.
