2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
• I have a very good experience in Legal organisation. Specially in city 2 i worked almost 2-3months as a HC and managed the stuff very easily. I have much past experience in SAHP.
•I know all the way how a Department work and needs a high level of maturity and professionalism. I won't be running behind numbers (quantity) but definitely I will go for skills (Quality). I have good level of speaking and managing skills.
• I ready think and me being a Leader of LSPD will be great. I do have some people who thinks am not mature enough and I am 100% sure that i will prove them wrong. I will be bringing some new changes and a I promise LSPD will come as a great organisation ahead.
• I have learned a lot of RP. I got punishments which led me much experience. Definitely won't repeat the same mistakes and will try my best to bring LSPD on TOP!
• Even in city 3. I worked in LSPD (Captain), GOV (USSS AGENT), SAHP (Deputy, Chief and COS). I am sure that I wont be giving immunity to my friends and i won't be Partial at all!
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization
• I wont be taking names. But I know some leaders who gives immunity to their friends and then call the other people Toxic! I won't be doing that. When I will work as a leader, my friendship will be aside and it will full professionalism.
• We will be doing OPEN RECRUITMENT/S often to get numbers and we will definitely work on their skills.
• Suprise checks will be there as always. Also, I personally will be hosting events for my LSPD employees to get chill after work.
• I will be a very calm and cool leader. It doesn't mean that I wont be professional. What i feel is that Citizens would love a leader who is always ready for helping them even if off duty.
• New Rank System will be occured and my Deputies will not be selected through my friendship. It will depend on their skills and previous precious work.
