2.Why do you want to be leader of this specific organization?

2.A. LSPD was the first organization I’ve ever joined, because of the LSPD I learned about other organization, I’ve been part of other organizations, but the most one I enjoyed was LSPD because I feel like I’m related to it, if I didn’t join LSPD I would be a criminal now, but because of it, I’ve made more experience in other law enforcements, San Andreas highway patrol, National Guard, Emergency Medical Service and Government, and if I was asked what organizations of these I would lead, I would say Los Santos Police department and the National Guard because I think I’m very related to these two organizations.



2.B.One of the most important things is to train and show new people how does the police work, it’s not an easy organization, but when having a great high commands team, the citizens would love to join the Los Santos Police Department, I’m pretty sure that I’ll make people love the divisions inside of it, undercover division, special weapons and tactics division, internal affairs division and field training officers division, with having these division I would see a lot of people loving and willing to join Los Santos Police Department and that’s how the LSPD should be, having a very good numbers and having a good quality.



3.C. Lastly, I would like to be leader is that I want to fight corruption in the state, and I want to make sure that justice is served. And that’s not an easy task honestly, it’s going to take a while to make this thing happen, but the result with surprise everyone, in additional, with having the SWAT division I’ll make sure that I’m feeling safe, and not only me, every citizen in Los Santos will feel safe and sound, and it is right that not all officers can be part of SWAT, so to join it, you’ve to be expert more than the interviewer expects, that division isn’t mean for everyone because I confirm it is a hard division, and SWAT won’t be the only one that’s making the city safe, undercover division will make it safe as well, I’ll be having officers off duty risking their life to make sure that the city is safe, but of course I won’t let them risk it, I’ll train them with the hardest situations, starting by how to be undercover, because the thing is to be undercover, isn’t an easy thing.






3.Your advice for improving RolePlay lever in organization.

One of the most important things while leading a whole organization, is to have a good RP, and I’ll focus on the following:

• I’ll conduct trainings, twice a week at least for SWAT, and I would be happy if other organizations joined us to have plans and tactics.
• I’ll maintain to have good relations with other organizations, such as good relationship with the soldiers, with the secret service agent, with the FIB agents and with the San Andreas highway patrol officers, having a good relationship will always lead to success.
• To join the LSPD there will be a few interviews and a few exams, every citizen that willing to join us, will have to go through these, and show the max professionalism he can show us so that we can be amazed of him and let him one of us.
• I’ll make sure that my officers are always ready to help anyone, for example if the government need help while they’re doing inspections, I’ll go and help them, or if they need help in the encashment, I’ll always be happy to send my officers, same with other organizations, if the SAHP needs some of our units for a special operation, I’ll make sure that we help them, and if the National Guard needs help in their ammo run, we’ll always ready to help, and when the federal investigation bureau raiding a gang or a criminal family, I’ll always make sure that I’m sending my officers to assist them with it.

Having all the above and more in the future, will lead all organizations to be greater than they are and not only the LSPD.
