Leader of National Guard
1) Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. I have been serving this city from a long time ago since bobs term.I have also been in Luna , Luffy , Gaur, Jayden and Henry.I have been working hard
in dose term's i tried my best to stay up be active also,have also attended alot of events back there and every time i work harder and harder people start
to respect me alot and pay attention to you,every term General start to notice how hard working guy i am.And it happend in Gaurs term he really saw my work
so he promoted me to Lt.Colonel they were really proud of me and my duty.Then it came Henry term he saw the same thing as Gaur he saw my work how i work for
it hard then i officialy became Colonel they knew that i was doing the right thing for my service.
2. I want to keep the danger away and keep my soldiers save as possable and protect other citizens.
3. I respect the National Guard alot protecting citizens from gangs is my job and proctect the base
and we will make sure to win most of the Raids.
2) Your advice for improving Role play level in the organization:
1. I will make sure only people join SASD when they have good skills good aim and stuff like that and ill make sure that they at least kill maney
gang members possable
2. I will make sure that the Recruitment Retention team Trains other people right and repects them and don't get annoyed when they don't
understand.
3. I will give the bonus when my soldiers dose good at the events ill make sure that they deserver those bonuses.
4. I will make sure no corruption in the org will be alowed.
5. I will tell my AirForce when there is a possable raid to scout at least around 5 mins.
6. If people want rank only they can earn it its to work it out
7. I will make sure to get the most professional units in Military Police so we can trust them and not request for a stike bc he was fughting with his friend and
wants him in trouble.
8. I will make sure National Guard will be a good org for other people ill make sure that they feel welcome and no matter how they sound or they do a small mistake
we will make sure we don't get mad at them and help them understand it.
9. For other recruits we will make them a new system that is easier for them to understand so its not too complicated for them.
Bonus system:
For events attended = 10k
For each ammo run = 7k
Every hour gate keeping = 10k
Every single department has their bonus system
Strike System:
1 Strike: will be removed in 7 days.
2 Strikes: will causeto get demotions.
3 Strikes: will can be given second change to start
from the first rank or Blacklist him

1. Recruitment Retention: Recruitment Retention deals with recruiting and training and also manages to teach rules properly and they also do for every day 2 mass Recuitments.

2. Combat Medic: Combat medic works to saves other units in a gun fight , support with guns and ammunitions to other units in base or outside the base and in any global event or any other events,

3. SASD Division: This department should be well trained people in there they are one of the top onse in National Guard they are a special team that works fast and moves fast you need to be very good at aiming you have to make sure you hit most of the bullets at them.

4. Air Force: Air Force units that go scouting for 5 minutes , they will make sure no there are no convoys from other gangs and to make sure if there is any danger near by.

5. Military Police: They are responsible to check licenses , background checks , searching other people cars for illegal stuff in it or over carrying they are responsible
so other units havent committed any crimes or wanted by the state.

I will take all responsibility to my Departments so non of my head's do any mistakes and head's their deputy's i will try so people dont fight each other
bc we are family we should fight like kids ill tell all the new recruits to follow the rules and not to break any to listen to their trainer/teacher when they are getting trained.
Everyone will get their ranks only if you work hard for them then they will see that they earned it
i will make sure also every CO's respects the lower ranks and the lower ranks respects the CO's
