Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1) To give it a good reputation
I’ve been in this city for a solid 8 months or so and everyone I’ve asked even recently have said it’s boring there’s nothing to do or I just get put on gates and that’s one of the reasons I want to join to actually make it more professional and to give it a better reputation
2) Make divisions more fun
All the NG members always Moab about how annoying and boring the divisions are and how useless they are because no one really does anything in the divisions and how they are just there for show. And I want to change that I want to be the first person to actually make a big difference according to all the divisions
3) To give proper training to the soldiers and to make it feel like a proper Army
Another thing that’s wrong with NG is the lack of training they get because In a real army, you don’t just do 1 big training and then you go do loads of stuff you have to keep training to get better so I would like to make multiple trainings for all officers and make NG a elite ORG and have the best marksman in this city
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I will improve roleplay by making it like an actual ARMY making it so people don’t talk back to HC’s and if they do give them the proper sanction. I want to make NG the most realistic as it possibly can get to real life. No slacking you must always be in shape and prepared for a possible raid and if you are not, even if we slightly catch you slacking and messing around you will be fired I will make this division not a laughing stock but a ORG for the most worthy marksmen out there
NATIONAL GUARD OATH FOR THE STATE OF SAN ANDREAS
I, (Jamarr rafterr ), do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States and the State of SAN ANDREAS against all enemies, foreign and domestic,that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the Governor of SAN ANDREAS and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to law and regulations. So help me God*.
Rewards System
1) Every Hour of gate duty - 4k for all soldiers on that post
2) Event attendance reward - 5k for each player
3) Each and every division will have their own bonus system decided by the leader of that division
Strike system
3 strikes
All strikes are either approved by me or my deputies if not then it will not be taken into action If anyone is caught doing something major you will automatically go to 3 strikes and will be fired
Third strike will be kick
DEPARTMENTS

1) Recruitment representatives (*RR)-
RR’s job is to recruit, train and make sure all members of NG is kept up to my standard if not then I will give a strike out to the training officer for not training the officers correctly

2) Air force of National Guard
The airforce will be patrolling the sky every hour if not that will result in a division strike because this air force will not slack in any way shape of form and will be kept up to good standard and will make sure they are properly trained by one of our Air force HC’s

3) Military Police (MP)
The military will make sure all members of NG have no illegal items and they will make sure they don’t go AWOL and they will keep a close eye on all soldiers and if they are found to be doing something illegal
Or messing with NG the military police will take them to the military court where they will wait for there Hearing

4) Special forces
Under this Division is the combat medics,
Paratroopers and the SFS (special foot service)
The combat medics will provide medical care to the wounded soldiers through out any fight my soldiers may get into.
Paratroopers will get up in the helicopters and jump down onto battle attacking from above this is one of the division of special forces I’ve been wanting to see for a long time and these will be our special air special force
SFS (special foot service) will only allow the best foot soldiers to join this division. This is the most disciplined, hard working, most trained and dedicated division there is. Only a small majority of people will be in this division and all of these soldiers will be classified due to there participation in the most ruthless missions we have
