i just rented vehicle from hospital and i am not overseed but still they stoped me and gun pointed at me and arrested me for overspeeding and then they kuf me and take to doc and breaking rule they drive off road they r not driving on roada and rud talking

PC 5.1.4 It states that if you speed 90 km over the speed limit in city which is 120km so. If you speed 210 in city then only you can be arrested and put in doc but this officer think the speed limit is 90 km and they arrest the citizen's
