Rejected UB parking with a zero sense

I got Jailed for an hour. which I eventually finished but it made no sense as the car I parked was very legit at that time...there was no barrier I jumped or climbed or took off while parking.
It was a very smooth parking and nothing to really blame as Unrealistic. if it was something unrealistic then make it look like one at first!.

I don't care about the time I wasted now! But I want to make a complain against such administrator who really spoil the fun in RP.
many people are leaving and will leave if such admins take the place.
