He said "Oruspu cocugu" which means "son of a bitch" in non-rp chat. he only got mute 180 min.
he should get ban for GEN Rule 3.1 and GEN Rule 3.2.
3.1 Insulting a person (OOC) is strictly prohibited
3.2 Parents should not be mentioned in all chats, including voice chats

Read 3.2 what punishment you can get for this rule as well as for 3.1. Punishment will be changed
