2.Why do you want be a leader of this specific organization?(List the three reasons with explantion)
Experience - I Have Been In National Guard For More Than 8 Months Now . I Have Been On Every Rank Starting From Private To Black Commando, From Leading Small Teams To Ammo runs, USM Department ,Sniper Squard, Ghetto Patrols And The Whole National Guard I Have Spent A Lot Of Time in National Guard I Have Been A Part Of all Departments In National Guard and I Was A Leader Of Sniper Squard, CRM, USM. I grained lot of experience that I can use in National Guard Leader position.
2. Some New Changes
NG Currently Is Doing very good and in a good position. I would be like some changes which will be under my leadership. Like daily Recruitment daily trainings on base MP doing licenses and background check in daily basis in base. If we have this type of quality and quantity in NG it would be really good as the soldiers will always be ready for any situations.Currently we have bursary which cover your expenses and bonus system these both will continue running as they were in last term and will be able to request a pickup from pilots to base
3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.
-> 1. There will be active use of radio and only important things will be transmitted through radio
2. Air Force will be scouting outside the base for Example:- NG tunnel, Great Ocean Highway, Los Santos Freeway to check if there is any gang activity
and give intel to other orgs to be geared up for any situation
3. New Recruits will be trained properly about all the locations of base, how to use PDA, their loadouts and will be given equal attention like others
Departments:-
1. Air Force (AF) :- Their work will be to
- Scout around for intel's
- Providing Air Support for ammo runs
- Helping units for quick travel and response to Globals and locals
2. Human Resource and Training (HRT) :-
- Hire soldiers for organization
- Give them proper training about ( Use of PDA, How and where to place spikes, Gatekeeping duties, Uniforms, Loadout, etc. )
- Maintain discipline in the base
3. Special Forces (SASD) :- This department will be trained for every type of special operations like
- The first ones to respond to globals and locals
- They will be leading all type of situations like NG raid, Ghetto Patrol etc..
4. Military Police (MP) :-
- Their work will be to do inspections of logs and all the NG soldiers that they have proper health checkup, Gun license, will be checking everyone's
car trunks and background of any criminal or illegal status..
Bonus System for all soldiers:-
Gate Keeping :- 10k per hour Per
Store Robbery :-10k
Ammo will be Per truck delivered:- 6k
Other Events:- 10k
