Life Story & Career Story:
Fred was born into an American / Spanish Gang which called Vagos, while being raised without a mommy because she has died of cancer, he realized that crime was something he must get used to seeing. His friends and his father constantly left and came back bloodied and bruised, his Father a well-known big respected guy in Vagos, leaving for weeks on end to return at 2 AM and say nothing, and his sister to lay awake at night in worry. Fred remained impartial to all of this until his teenage years when he began following in his big brother's footsteps; Participating in Illegal Cage Fights And Street Racing. Fred came close to being caught one night - Driving along Senora Freeway after a Street Race, his tires were popped. He slid and crashed into the Road Light. Quickly after thinking, he turned off his engine, go out of his car, and ran away far as possible. SAHP later fined Vinny for the absence of a valid license plate and abandonment of a vehicle, but no robbery could be connected to him. Fred realized at this point, he needed to be wise up. Join the Force and clear his name then get a good reputation

LSPD - Fred Fredrick joined LSPD and Slowly became known as a hard-working officer. He showed true inspiration and followed in his footsteps. He studied and helped the other officers. Soon after, Fred's dad died and his sister fell very sick. After his all LSPD close friends /partners got died in a very bad gunfight, he decided to leave LSPD and tried to get some physical aid.
SAHP - Soon after his leave at LSPD, Fred Fredrick got physically treated to be better. After many years of being a taxi driver and while searching for some jobs he got a brand new nice car he needed to get ınsurance about it. Fred went to paleto bay SAHP Department to get insurance. While he was getting insurance, he also talked to some troopers there to get to know about SAHP. After many days, Fred Decided To Be An Trooper in SAHP, and week to week he gained a very good reputation.
Outcomes:
1. Fred can disrespect and intimidate realistically any and all persons as long as he is being toxic.
2. Fred can outsource his dirty work to other people, asking them to kill, rob and/or commit crimes for him.
3. Fred can commit any and all crimes on or off duty.
4. Fred can destroy any bodycams using correct /try commands.
5. Fred can kill anyone if they do not follow his exact demands on or off duty.
6. Fred can lie to suspects about calling a lawyer and still process them without identifying himself with the ID and without a lawyer.
7. Fred does not have to present ID to anyone he does not want to show.
8. Fred can torture and/or interrogate 10-15s whenever he likes to gather more information.
