If I have a POV you are going to see the whole thing but there is a video from my friend that show u everything :

At the same time, the same guy breaks a lot of rules and you can see it in both videos.

- Also in the video I was only shooting not killing and if I killed the guy he was shooting he was shooting and killing our friends and running back and you can see what their friends try to do CR and VDM to get us inside the clothes shop but there are no proof that I killed someone.

Admin took the Correct Decision and All the Ones that Broke Rules are Punished, Shooting in GZ is the same as Killing, Does not mean just because you did not Kill it is not a Rule break.
