Im asking to please consider my ignorance to the rules im a recently new player and am still learning the rules of the city, i gave my friend a car and violated Gen 1.9 i am very sorry about that and will make sure it wont happen again. I really enjoy playing on this server and will hope to get umbanned asap. Thank you
