Well I was heading to repair my car and player ID 40350 started talking to me saying nice car etc.. Then he randomly started threatening me to go out of the car or else he will kill me. When he started shooting and I decided to just head away, ID 31567 blocked the entrance.

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.

• ID 40350 and 31567 will receive a punishment for shooting in a green zone and blocking way
• 40350 will receive a warning and 31567 will be jailed
