2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

1.A desire to serve and protect the community: The National Guard plays
a crucial role in responding to emergencies, disasters, and other crises that affect
the safety and security of the community. As a leader in the National Guard,
I can have a significant impact on ensuring the safety and well-being of the people they serve.

2. Opportunity to develop leadership skills: Becoming a leader in the National Guard
provides an opportunity to develop and hone leadership skills, including communication,
decision-making, and strategic planning. These skills can be transferable to other comrades
or soldiers to help them become stronger and efficient.

3. Sense of pride and accomplishment: Leading a team of dedicated National Guard
members can be a source of pride and accomplishment. It can be incredibly fulfilling to
work with a team to accomplish a common goal and to know that you are making a
positive difference in the lives of others.

3. What I will follow to make the Team better?

5.Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
I would suggest the usage of all available resources like Jets, Stealth Choppers Trucks etc. All these have been idle and rusty as not many know what NG can actually do. I suggest there must be Military Parade atleast once a term where the Gov can showcase what NG has and display the High Tech machinery to the public.
