2.Why do you want to be leader of specific organization?
- During times of crisis, the National Guard serves as the city's final line of defense, providing invaluable experience and knowledge in handling even the most extraordinary situations. As such, membership in the NG presents a unique and highly valuable opportunity for personal growth and learning.
- Membership in the National Guard offers not only an attractive income and benefits, but also a lifestyle that surpasses other groups in the city. The NG provides a variety of amenities, including top-notch basketball courts, open-air gyms, air force hangars, and abundant opportunities for adventure and flight.
- I always take RP seriously and try to make as realistic as I can. And when it comes to fulfilling its responsibilities, the NG - which represents the city's armed forces - has established itself as an exceptionally disciplined and skilled organization.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
To improve the RP in my organization, I’ll focus on these points, and while doing my term, I may get some more points to focus on which will prove the RP.
- The NG conducts combat trainings with other authorized organizations both on its base and in aircrafts, providing members with the skills and experience necessary to respond to a variety of situations.
- NG actively recruits within the city using its aircraft and vehicles to create realistic and engaging recruitment experiences.
- The NG aims to make full use of its base facilities, including bunkers and classes in the main barracks, to provide members with the resources they need to perform their duties effectively.
- The NG prioritizes seamless coordination with other organizations to ensure that all parties have access to the necessary ammunition for their operations.
- The NG intends to station units at the north tunnel checkpoint to help reduce crime throughout the state.
- Active NG members will receive updated perks and bonuses to recognize their dedication and service to the organization.
