***I was never punished because I didn't do anything wrong, but I'm requesting a ban for ID|871***
*This is the only POV I had because my normal body cam, for in-game recording only, was glitching and wouldn't record. I would like to point out that my mic was off in the city while venting, and I apologize for the profane language while venting. I was doing everything in my power to keep my cool in the city and lead by example of what to do when people are going out of their way and abusing their power to treat them terribly. For the record, I thought ID|871 was an admin, but I found out that she is an admin in EN1... Not EN3.
On 2023.17.02 ID|871 continuously rammed random people and their pets with her bike as several admins were watching on the beach. She became unconscious, so I offered to patch her up before assisting her medically. No one was around but her and I. Then, she miraculously woke up without me doing anything. This is why I thought she was an admin. Someone should have patched her up or sent to the hospital. Apparently, it was one of her admin friends that helped her.
Admins sat back and watched her ramming her bike into random people and their pets for fun for two days and did absolutely nothing. Yet, one of my family members CR his wife for fun and was banned. This proves my point that some admins pick and choose what they want to enforce based on politics and favoritism vs enforcing rules on everyone based on Grand RP policy... because it's the moral and ethical thing to do. Admins were visible and invisible while watching as she was antagonizing, provoking and attempting to intimidate me. This is why my family stood up for me. Yet they banned a couple of my family members and a friend for her screenshots posted to forums without bodycam footage or proper investigation because she is an admin in EN1 and close to admins in EN3. It further proves abuse of power is happening across multiple cities. A bike is a manual form of transportation and vehicle. It's being used in UB and CR by bouncing off people and their pets as bike ramps. Her response (Ok? And? And?). She maliciously posted screen shots out of spite in forums to make it look like she was a victim in the end. This form of manipulation in the forums should result in a permanent ban from EN3 alone. She proved that if you are an admin in one city and close with admins in other cities, you can break rules and antagonize players that escalate to bans against them and get away with it.
Thank you for taking the time to review my statement and POV.
Thank you to my family and friends for supporting me and helping me to keep my cool in the city.
Lillianna and Conner I apologize that her actions caused you to get banned defending me.
Thank you to Lucas for being the only person in the admin department to attempt to diffuse the situation while other admins in HC positions sat back and watched. You deserve a promotion.
Thank you to the admins that are professional and keep their integrity intact. You are the driving force that gives players hope toward receiving justice in their forum posts and appeals.
