Upon reviewing, I have decided to Reject this report,
General Rule 6.4 strictly only applies for server rules, and Miranda rights and lawyer are all IC law and you have to deal with them ICly by meeting the attorney general.

However,
ID 67733 will receive punishment for General Rule 6.1
General Rule 6.1: Incorrect use of the /me /do /try /todo commands is prohibited. The player is obliged to play only the truth.
Note: /try can only be used 2 times per situation.

ID 91886 will receive punishment for PG.
PG: Using the RP radio chat while in handcuff.

ID 61775 will receive punishment for Meta-Gaming.
