- I have a strong passion for the emergency medical services field and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of patients and the community.
- Effective communication is critical in EMS, and I have excellent communication skills to ensure that my team members are on the same page and that patients and their families are informed and reassured.
- I have two exceptional deputies, Manc Matty and Alfie Lander, who have been instrumental in my EMS training and development. I have complete faith and confidence in their abilities to manage EMS operations competently, even when I am out of the city. With their expertise and experience, EMS would be in excellent hands.

- Provide training: Provide training sessions or workshops to teach my members about RolePlay techniques, such as improvisation, character development, and storytelling. This can help improve their RolePlay skills and confidence.
- Foster a supportive environment: I will create a supportive environment where members feel comfortable expressing their ideas and trying new things. Encourage members to support each other and to be respectful of different play styles and preferences.
