2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
A) First of all i want to become a EMS Leader because i want to try my power in EMS and with my RP experience try to improve that.
I am playing GRP arround 3 years. 2 years in en1 and 1 year in russian 1 . in Russian server i was in EMS whole day i was deputy AS or Dean of AS
B) 2nd reason that i want to become a Leader that i saw really lot mistakes during last term, and i will try to solve every single issue.
C) 3rd reason that i was leader in en1 at vagos and i finished my term succesful and did also 100% with my team, after it arround 5-6 month i was in all LEO but mostly i spent my time in FIB DHOD OR HOD of UC and 00 agent.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
I have really different advices which i will provide in time of interview. I think my experience and knowledge will help EMS to shine like never. My idea every employee of EMS to be involved in other things not just regular duty Calls / Lobbys.All EMS employes to have adequate threatman and being avaible for all those kind of problems. I want to improve EMS involved with other organisation for their duty metters. Aswell i want to have more events involving other orgs LEO/Ilegal.
