2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- Ballas was my first gang in grand RP, I feel belong to the gang, I really like purple and ofc it's the best gang HQ.
- I was Deputy in Ballas and Families gang. i know how things work in the gang.
- I have high motivation to be leader and finish full term without warnings.
- I have high leadership skills and i will make sure Ballas will be strong and threatening.

3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
- I will make sure all my gang members knows city rules and ghetto rules.
- I will make the Gehtto Purple, high activity in gangs fights.
- We will make property interview to anyone who want to join to Ballas
- I will make logs system in discord to see who is active and who is not.
- I will give promotions and bonuses to the people who deserve and active.
- I will make sure that there will be an interesting and challenging rivalry between my gang to the others.
- I want to do intersting hostage stioutions. I have great ideas of locations and plans in my mind.
- I will choose gang members and high commands from diffrent time zones, so the gang will be active 24/7.
- No toxicity in my gang. i will make sure Ballas will be like a family.

My Goals for the term:
- Make sure that gehtto colored purple.
- Give a fight against the other gangs in turf especially to bloods in turf. they are close to achieve 100% percent and my turf team ready to fight.
- From my point of view there is less activity in the late hours of the city. I will make sure we will go for Subs events and give a challenging fight.
- I want to do history in the server in bring 40/40 people for gun store/store robbery.
- NO BREAKING RULES in BALLAS. i will make sure anyone will know the rules.
- I want to make interesting situations against the LEO'S
- I will make sure we will be the strongest in the city.
- We will pull up to all events and give a proper fight
