2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Firsly i wanna be the leader of National Guard becuase i have a lot of experience in legal orgs. I have been a COS at FIB, executive assistant cheif LSPD, and deputy cheif at EN2. I have also became leader in another city and thus I know how to handle out org without getting warns.
I think people think that NG is boring and thus i wanna prove them that NG is best org and without it u cant get your armors and weapons. I wanna prove that how to lead National Guard is a big task and a task of responsibility.
I will utilise all the base things of NG and make a term without warns in the org as i have a experience of my previous leadership in other city.
I will make sure that Everyone respect the chain of command and this will m=be handled by military police (Internal Affairs)
NG will be disciplined and will be looking like real armed forces who are always ready for any attact on their base. Their would be a tight and heavy security at doors of NG and everyone would be checked before getting in.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
For improving roleplay in my organization
Mostly i have been a part of night shift and have experinced that there are many less officers at that time. In my leadership i will make sure there is more numbers of people at the gate and always help each other when needed
The main thing and responsibility of leader is, i will maintain good relations with other orgs leaders and members. Any soldier who found disrespecting other leo's will be fired.
I would also take tests of every officer every week to update their knowledge of server rules and maintain RP. Those who fail test will be given training again.
The interviews will be much harder so that people with great knowlege enter the org.
I would handle favourism and will make sure only right people and experinced people get HC ranks and other grind and reach for it.
People think NG is boring because they do not get bonus for gatekeeping so i would be giving 2000$ per hour for gatekeeping so they always be motivated and strong to do tasks
