Rejected abuse of power/arrested for no reason/corruption - 240250

basically i was accused of being someone i wasn't and this guy arrested me then the other guy came back and even said i was the wrong guy and then from then he asked to see my passport i showed him and he said i can go and change my name then as you can see in the video he stopped speaking and i was explaining to the other guy that he gave me his ID previously. Then this guy proceeds to arrest me and fine me with no warnings as you can see in the video even when i was talking to the other officer while going to change my name. And even at the end of the video you can hear him speak so there is no excuse for me being arrested as he didn't even warn me even though i had no reason to be. i would either just want me cleared from prison and fines cleared or even better him receiving punishment.
