Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to ACCEPT this report,
ID 84697 will receive punishment for Event Rule 1.11
Event Rule 1.11: During events with a red circles, all players must be inside a red circle. Shooting outside the zone is forbidden. | Jail 120 min
However,
ID 74810 will also receive punishment for PG
PG: Running outside the zone while getting shot, so you can take advantage of that to heal.
