Leader of National guard
Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1. I believe honor is the most important core value of the Army National Guard because it represents how we conduct ourselves as members of the military, but also as citizens in our communities. Honor means being honest, trustworthy and respectful at all times. It shows respect for others, which is a quality I have always valued
2.Also will do mass recruitment 3 times every day (One at the morning and one at the afternoon and one at the midnight) to make sure that I can be confident that I can cover the city at all times and prove the effectiveness of the organization.
3.I always take RP seriously and try to make as realistic as I can. And when it comes to fulfilling its responsibilities, the NG - which represents the city's armed forces - has established itself as an exceptionally disciplined and skilled organization.
Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
i am going to improv roleplay level i will as i have seen other org leaders being toxic, i wanna show them that org hc or being org leader does not mean gaining toxicity but it means getting responsibility for handling org. So i will not be toxic and any person who will be toxic will be fired from the org
