We were arresting Davis Lawiey (warrant issued). After he returned his gear and was walking back to the room, he escapes into a vehicle with another NG member. Neither of them has an approved corrupt bio.

4:10 - 5:05: Davis returns gear to the NG armory, so he can be arrested
5:37: He yells something inaudible and then evades arrest by running into an NG car, somebody is waiting for him, and they escape the base together.
45221 is standing outside when the warrant was served. I think he was hearing through the walls so he could hear what was happening (PG). I also suspect they are metagaming to organize the escape but I don't have any proof of that.
