as u can see from my forum the officer issued me fine for not complying.
but the admin said the officer can issue me fines for illegal parking outside of clands area and rejected my forum. i know officer can issue fines for illegal parking but they aren't allowed to issue fines for other ic rule break when im not present there,its power gaming and still the administrator rejected my forum.
