2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
No1: I would like to be the leader of Marabunta because i think i am a great a fit for a leader i have fluent English and i can be calm in intense situations I do not use words that might hurt others emotionally.
No2:I will make sure that everyone is treated equally in the org no matter what their rank is and I will try to make the marabunta the best and strongest gang in the whole city
No3: I have good experience in gangs and have attended a lot of hostage situations by the criminal side but also I have been a fib agent and have attended a lot of negotiations so i know what im doing.
3. Your advice for improving Role Play level in the organization.
No1: I would add a equal ranking system for everyone in the gang
No2: I would make sure before people join the gang they have good knowledge of the gang rules, gen rules etc so people know how to Role play right.
No3:I would try to make sure that everyone in the gang when they are doing something like robbing player etc they Role play the scene even if they make mistakes they can Role Play-it out and for good Role Play they will get Rank Up and Bonuses.
