2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I want to be a leader of FIB because this place its a home to me for already 4 terms from Davis Lawley as COS to Omer Hill Term as 00 Agent. FIB is the backbone of the city to rid off all its crimes and mischiefs under the right leadership. this place always interested me even when I was director of USSS and COS of GOV
I want to continue the legacy of Omer Hill who did two successful terms that managed to lower the amount of crime by very good percentages. I want my two main departments to work together to continue to lower the amount of crime in the city spec ops and UC.
I want the organization to be very active as well as I can to bring people from any time line that have the experience to be in FIB. that FIB will have in any time agents to respond to any situation that can happen from hostage to a FZ raid.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Organizations work together
My meaning by organizations work together is to make more work with every organization like EMS to bring them to hostage situations that after is the hostage is free they will check him and help him if he need something and LifeInvader From the moment they have a vest we can bring them to hostage situations so they could survey. to work more with NG by the way to take FIB and other organizations to get shooting training and to use there place to teach FIB employees how to work with other
organizations and to teach other organizations how to work with FIB employees.
I will foster a strong value system where we will work to build a trusted relationship with players and agents in organizations because it is important to help each
other rather than defaming and disgracing their values.
UC
UC is one of the most important departments in FIB because of the raids UC will get evidences and will bust people to lower the amount of illegal weapons with in the city . in Omer Hill term UC did a great job and finished all the raids in 36 days I want to keep this activity in the department.
Commitment to laws
Commitment to laws means that every agent that is in the organization will follow the laws of the city as well as the rules that we have in FIB
