2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
2. - I always wanted to become leader of 3 ORGS Which was LSPD , NG And FIB , after being leader of LSPD and NG With good activity and positive response I feel like FIB is one of the most important ORG In this city as it holds the power to eliminate Crime from its core which is raiding the HQs of gangs and Criminal families houses and confiscating their weapons after wining the raid , Its is always very Important to eliminate all the illegal items sold in the black market by raiding it , It is the backbone of this city when it comes to provide backup in any situations like store robbery , ghetto patrols , FZ Raids , Providing security to the governor if asked , The possibility is endless when it comes to FIB . The Director of FIB should be very capable , hardworking , humble and so on basically the Director should know what he is doing and After being leader of 2 ORGs and deputy of several ORGs and current COS Of FIB , I feel like I can be the right person to be its Director and follow the legacy of all Great Directors which I have been a part of . Hence I want to become leader of this specific ORG.
2.1 - Activity - A ORG is called successful when the ORG is Active , FIB is a very famous ORG and as its a elite ORG for Law enforcement only the best and experienced is selected , Increasing Activity is simple to recruit a good amount of people in FIB , to give everyone respect , bonuses and promotions for their hard work to avoid toxicity in the ORG , If there is any sort of toxicity or conflict inside the ORG it will lower its activity and As leader it should be eliminated . Favoritism in ORG is also very bad to reduce its activity for Example - If we respect and promote less active people because their over people works their 200% for the ORG and giving their best to be known then the working people will stop working as they wont get any reward for their hard work activity will be reduced as less activity people are given all the rewards . If you promote a non deserving person just because they are friends then the people who are actually working will work less as they will say our leader dont care about us he is always giving his attention to his friends they will stop working , But if you promote and respect a working and deserving person then they will encourage all others to work harder as their leader care for them and respects their hard work in FIB.
2.2 - Raids - Its one of the most important thing to create a fear amongs the criminals of Law enforcement like is should be which will be achieve by raiding their HQs and Family houses and even the Black Market - The plan is simple to create limitless casefiles from day 1 and start raiding once the casefile is valid and approved . Raids can help us lower the crime rate in the city as the lesser the crime the less the probability of them getting raided . Only FIB have the power to start the Raid and with the help of Others Law enforcement ORGs we can do wonders and eliminate the crime of this city .
2.3 - Law Enforcement - FIB Has been always known for its law enforcement tactics and I will make sure we follow the same path . Things like attending store robberies , Atm robberies , FZ Raid , Subs and conducting BM Raid and Gang Raid and so on will keep the streets clean of this city and Law Enforcement will have an upper hand agains the Crime , Second thing is to do Busts and confiscate all illegal items sold by criminals in streets with is very dangerous for all citizens , Third Thing is the do Inspections with the Government and make sure people in different ORGs are clean and Last one is the make sure there is no corruption within FIB as it can break open the whole ORG . Blacklisting people for corruption is the best thing we can do and HR will do inspections of our agents and make sure they are all clean.
3.Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
3.1 - Maintaining Good and Family like relations with all Legal ORGs - We have to maintain a friendly and family like relation with all legal ORGs as we are a all in same team have the same goal the eliminate Crime . To maintain good relations we can involve them in our operations and help them at any case whenever needed and we this is how we can have an amazing relationship between ORGs
3.2 - Involving all ORGs in FIB Operations - We will involve all ORGs in our operation as we all are a big team and it will be easy to work together rather then work alone . We will also conduct tactical trainings between ORGs so that we are ready for any situation and give our best to eliminate it as a team
3.3 - Helping all citizens - As Law enforcement we have to make sure we have to help all the citizens because thats or job and it will improve RP within the ORG when we interact with other civilians and as them if they need any kind of help or if they drop a 911 call we will respond and make sure we do quality RP and try to help everyone
3.4 Respect and make sure everyone follows the City Rules IC and OOC - The best way to improve RP is the respect all laws and OOC Rules in the ORG and make sure everyone follows them and dont bring OOC things in IC that can ruin the whole RP situation for everyone and try to solve every situation ICly.
