Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.
ID 6969 will receive a punishment for PG.
After checking the logs and Rejected - Mercy killing | 6252 i have decided to punish ID 7002 for breaking Gen rule 6.7.
ID 1493 will not receive punishment for mercy killing, this won't consider mercy killing as the two people don't know each other and seems more like against each other.
