Demands were givin and I had a rp reason you stole a friend of mines money without even doing any rp of it all you did is run up to him and take his money with no verbal commands except introducing who you are(FailRP). Plus my RP reason was you stole my friends money.

ID 1985 will receive a punishment for Breaking Gen Rule 6.15

When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them.​
