Rejected Fail RP I 15732

[KR1008]

I was doing my towing job in LSPD, then i saw one car which was parked in illegal way. So i went and did all the procedure and took car with me to pentaly parking, But at that time the player 15732 saw me taking his car he quitted the game immediately and came back after 2-3 minutes he took car with him and he ran away from there. These can be seen in my proof.
