As you can see player interrupted my rp with 95k id and shot without giving any demands.

There is active gunfight and he already giving demands to my friend and me and he shoots when he countdown 2 and also my friend starts giving demands 5-4.
when 32850 starts shooting then i shoots its means i accepted the fight.

What should I do, should I give demand after I ate the bullets and died? He is already starts shooting at us there should i wait for the countdown after i die it doesn't make any sense
