->Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
FIB Follows a strict rule of serving the nation with the motive of Fidelity, Bravery and Integrity.
-> FIDELITY: It means faithfulness to the duty, to a person or a cause meaning that the agents must need to have a sense of faithfulness towards their duty and completion of their tasks and assignments as the agents which will be assigned to them.
-> BRAVERY: It means courageous, which refers to the agents in the bureau that will serve the city with utmost courage and do not care about what could possibly happen to them, they are ready to sacrifice their lives in order to serve the nation for the safety of the people. This shows their bravery.
-> INTEGRITY: It is the quality of being honest and having moral principles, this motive tells us that the agents in the organization will serve the citizens of the city with honesty while treating everyone equally and not discriminating anyone. The agents must always put duty above self, remain calm in the face of danger.
Following this the reasons that I want to be the director of the bureau as,
I) I Have been the Director of the Organization before and know how to run the organization, In Order to run the organization, I will be introducing experienced High Commands who have been in the bureau before as well as who have experienced the "pressure under work." It is known that the safety of the citizens by Habitual Criminals that poses a threat to the city and to provide protection is not just a work of one agent, a high command or a single organization therefore everything must be coordinated amongst each and every agent in every single department. To ensure this you need to have qualities such as dedication, punctuality, honesty and Friendly nature. As a Leader, these are the qualities that I would bring to FIB. With the experiences that I hold, I believe that my experience is valid and takes what it to be, The leader of this organization.
II) The Federal Investigation Bureau is the city's leading law enforcement organization for investigating and neutralizing domestic criminal and terrorist activities. Therefore, I will ensure that only the experienced people get hired in the bureau and given a department in which they will perform their best. I have been someone who has never compromised quality over quantity hence I will be focusing on the quality that the agents provide to the bureau and not the numbers.
Yes, The Numbers matter, However the quality overrules the quantity considering the success of the bureau. I will also be focusing on the agents that can be active in the night shift something which I didn't really put much thought into in my term previously.
III) As the motive of the bureau says, according to me integrity is not just based on when everyone is watching but also when it is "believed" That no one is watching, therefore, to ensure this that we maintain the utmost highest levels of service without compromising the quality of the service, I would be ensuring that several High Commands are to be appointed with prior experience in the bureau, and not because of friendships. All agents will be monitored by me personally and the other experienced High Commands. The duty of the leader is to direct their team to the success of the bureau, and I will just exactly do that.
(BONUS POINT)
IV) I will be organizing several other activities that the agents can take part in to improve their skills, it will have a cash prize so that it generates the sense of motivation and duty to serve and always keep them motivated to be on duty.
V) I Introduced promotions ceremony for the first time in Kevin's term and I am going to be carrying the legacy of promotions ceremony this not only just makes the agent happy but it's more of a get together with all agents since most of the time the agents are on high intensity battles with the terrorists/criminals.
-> Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.
-> IC Equals IC: If there is any dispute IC'ly it must be solved IC, whether it is a court case or a simple thing such as an arrest. If there is any rule break that me or the agents have encountered, we will be encouraging them to solve them IC And then reporting them on forums for any rule break. Imagine you are breaking the RP by saying "I am going to call a god", "see you on forums", "Upload you to GOV Website" Do you think it's good RP? Hence, we will be avoiding this at any cost.
-> Avoiding Toxicity: we would never encourage toxicity in the organization, it is something that just can't be tolerated; hence the Internal Affairs will ensure that all the agents are keeping their performance up to the mark and not being toxic, otherwise they will be dealt with harsher punishments.
-> Communication with other organizations: I will be having regular meetings with the High Commands of other organizations; this is essential as this will keep me as well as them updated on what is going in the city and its activity which in turn is indirectly essential for each and every agent. Everyone will get an opportunity to participate in a Roleplay situation.
-> Having a strict rule to follow OOC RULES: Educating the agents to not break any OOC rules and continue the RP, any rule Break shall be reported afterwards.
-> Sense Of Responsibility: Every single agent must have a sense of responsibility, in their respective departments.
I Will be learning from my mistakes in the last term to have a better term this time, I would like an opportunity to be the director again and serve. Thank you to the Curators and all the admins.
