Rao has been born in India, Delhi. he has been gorwn up well in his family. he got everything he wanted as he was from a rich family. Being from a rich family he has a family which was handled by his father and his wanted Rao to join it but Rao has different intentions. he wanted to join National Guard and serve as a soldier from childhood.
Rao got too fascinated after watching NG doing special operation on news and moives. And from that day he decided to join NG when he grew up. he cought to his father for flying to US and join NG. after many attempts his application got accepted and he join NG as a Private. slowly he learned everything about NG and got High rank upto Colonel in NG.
Rao spent many year serving NG but there was nothing left to do in NG now. And he lost his intrest in protecting the city and got intrested in gangs. His friend who was NG veteran is now in gang so he asked him to help in joining gangs. When Rao join gang a new phase of his life started. He loved being in gang enjoyed how people begged to him for their life and robbing them. At last he became the Most dangerous Criminal of ghetto

Rao wanted to join NG when he was only 9 year. he waited to grew up and joined NG when he was 18 due to his extra ordinary skills and intelligence. He was recruited and trained as a private. He climed thorugh rank and reached a rank of Colonel ( third highest command in NG). He was also a member of all of the departments like RR, MP, AF, SASD, CRMs. and lead Military Police 2 times and Airforce 1 time. He loved bieng a Army man and leading in many events. He was the most loved solider of the army, very polite and humble. Till date he worked under 9 generals of National Guard. And in this time being he saw many thing and learned new things also. When rao thinks that NG is doing great he usually resign and join other orgs to help them.
