Vagos | Operation "Safeguard" | Date of event

The organization that is conducting the event:

The event scenario must be detailed and include the whole event:
Illegal gangs have taken over the bridge of the aircraft carrier. They have informed the responsible authorities that they possess a bomb that will be detonated unless the gang's demands are met. The legal side has organized a special task force with the most experienced members from each legal organization. The information the special task forces have is that the bandits are heavily armed so their mission is to defuse the bomb before it gets detonated even if there are casualties to achieve this goal.
Why this event:
It is a realistic RP scenario between the opposing organizations that when played out will make it very fun for the both sides.
Role of Each Organization involved:
The gangs that will participate will have to protect and defend the bomb (who will be played by a vagos member or an admin) which will be positioned at the top of the bridge (tower) on the aircraft carrier.
The legal orgs will have to "defuse" the person acting as the bomb by cuffing him (it does not matter if the person acting as the bomb is dead or alive as long as he gets cuffed).
Other organizations involved:
5 players from 2 Illegal orgs: Marabunta + Ballas
5 players from at least 3 legal orgs: FIB, LSPD, SAHP and/or NG.
Vehicles/weapons needed:
All players will get vests and revolvers.
Admin Requirements:
Teleport players to the aircraft carrier and give them guns and armors
Act as a "bomb" if needed.
Rules of the event:
10 gang members defend the bomb on the bridge (tower) of the aircraft carrier.
15-20 legal org members will attempt to defuse the bomb by cuffing the person acting as a bomb.
Nothing that breaches server rules.
Legal organizations are not allowed to kill each other.
Healing during the event is allowed for both sides.
Reviving unconscious players is not allowed.
How is the event won?
Which ever player from a legal org manages to first cuff the person acting as a bomb, their org will be issued the full prize.
If the gangs manage to eliminate all legal org players and nobody cuffs the bomb, the surviving gang members will split the prize.
