Additional information
1. Leader for the FBI

2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this particular organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)

2.1 At the beginning of my Grand playthrough, I decided that my roleplay character's path would mostly be based on government organizations. I spent almost 5 months of my playing in state restrictions, and I was a member of LSPD, FIB and SAHP organizations where I learned a lot. Since I have been through so many organizations I think I have learned a lot and good things so I could apply it in the FBI.

2.2 I believe that the FIB is the organization that has the greatest influence to truly improve
RP level and coordination among legal organizations in the city.
. The FBI are the ones who respond to the most important events and crimes in the city. The FBI's job is to protect the weapons depots, the bank, the submarines and keep the gangs at bay with raids and ghetto patrols.
All this while providing assistance with highly trained and educated agents to all other legal organizations.
The FIB is the backbone of citywide law enforcement under which all other organizations operate for specific purposes.

2.3 There must be mutual respect between leaders and the line of communication must be open.
I will make it my duty to open the door to all legal organizations in High Command to discuss how we can better protect this city.
I feel like I've developed a very personal connection with the FBI and the way it operates in the city. When I think about myself,
I think of myself as an FBI agent. I'm just now seeing that it's time to go from FBI agent to FBI director. I started from the beginning,
as a junior agent, training in everything needed to be even just a basic FBI agent. I worked hard, dedicated my time and proved myself.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

3.1 Roleplay would improve with training every day, and every Agent who passes the training will be tested on his knowledge, and maximum care would be taken as to who is inserted into the organization. There would also be training in negotiation, leadership, imparting knowledge, etc. Because the goal is to make our agents into people who will be able to lead events, robberies, hostages, etc.

3.2 I have a lot of ideas for global events, including all legal organizations, gangs and even ordinary citizens.
All this so that people understand and gain respect for the FIB as a whole
exists to serve and protect the city at ANY cost.
As I told all the agents before when I was in high command.
I want to process all IC and stay in RP without breaking character.1
