I was on duty and the suspect id 188 ran out of the doors and asked for medical attention so I gave it to him. He proceeded to ask if I wanted guns (I did not get this part on body cam) and I said no I can not have guns while on duty but he went ahead and gave me a photo card, 20 ar ammo, and an illegal ar but I handed everything back because I am on duty and cant have anything. This is the point where I decided to go ahead and start body cam and he gave me everything back as seen in the video evidence. I then called for higher ups and they responded immediately.
