Thank you for taking the time to read and consider my (lengthy) application. I was previously an Administrator Assistant on GrandRP but had to resign due to an IRL situation which has since been resolved.

1. Why do you want to become an admin?
I would like to become an admin to help others and the server; many times that I am online it seems that the admins have a high workload and not many people to deal with it. Personally, I have asked a few questions and it has taken a while to get a response. I have been around GrandRP for a little over a year now and have learned a lot about the server and its rules. I enjoy helping others and sharing my knowledge, which would help make me a great administrator. I have good knowledge of the rules (as it is a big part of becoming an Attorney in the city) and would like to help enforce them. People not following the rules ruins the RP for me, along with many others. I also know how a lot of things in the city work, from being in the Government, EMS, and in Gangs as well; which would help answer questions regarding those.
Another reason is I used to be a former Administrator Assistant and had a good record while in that position, but had to leave due to IRL issues (that have been fixed many months ago). My previous experience as an Administrator Assistant will give me a head-start coming back into that position. Previously, I have moderated other games/communities which helps add to my administration skills.
2. What are your strengths?A couple of my biggest strengths are problem-solving, teamwork, and customer service. I work well in stressful situations and look at all aspects of a problem before attempting to come up with a solution while making unbiased decisions. I remain calm when dealing with people who may be angry or upset, and I help them to the best of my ability to calm down and understand the situation. I have 8+ years of working in Information Technology providing support to people, which will help in the role of admin, as one of the biggest skills needed is customer service when dealing with people.
3. What are your greatest weaknesses?One of my greatest weaknesses is being somewhat of a perfectionist. I like to take my time (sometimes too much time, which can be an issue) to deal with things to make sure that they are perfect. This can sometimes cause me to spend too much time dealing with one thing instead of moving on to the next.
4. Will you be ready to leave RP life to become an admin?Yes, I have been around GrandRP for over a year now, and have done just about everything I want to do as a player. I have spent over 9 years in total RPing across GTA: SA and GTA V; and being an admin would be something different.
5. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin)No problem as I don't own any businesses.
6. Any IRL issue or Situation that is Preventing you From being Active at the moment?None at all.
