1. Leader of Bloods Street Gang
My past organizations
From crime :
. Deputy of Families (Austin Withers)
. HC Marabunta Grande (Sierra Victor)
. Under Deputy of Bloods (Ayden Jack)
. HC in Vagos (Richard Gravitas)
. HC in Ballas (Ramazan Caillou)
From gov:
. LSPD Officer (Tyrell Johnson)
. FIB Agent (Shane Muga)
2. Why do you want to be leader of this specific organization? (List three reason with explanation).
-I've gathered a lot of experience in gangs and on the streets, and I want to share it with my gang members. Organizations should make everyone feel welcome and connected in order to operate more effectively. A leader should be dedicated to assisting their followers and encouraging them to achieve their full potential. People in the ghetto recognize me as I've been in a number of families. The most devoted Marabunta gang members would be deputies of the org, who have dominated practically every gang event. Bloods are significant to me as they were my first gang, and they taught me how to shoot, speed-boost, and conduct events.
- I know the ins and outs of legal orgs, as I've done work in them. My second reason is because most gangs believe it is simply "clapping" everyone, but I will ensure that it is much more than that and that real RP is carried out. Being a Vice in numerous organizations, I have dealt with many shop/gun store robberies and hostage situations and understand how the RP works. As a result of my illegal experience, I can give much more RP to legal organizations and create various improvements.
-Being a former top command of all gangs taught me how to run a gang and avoid rule violations. Therefore I'd like to be a gang leader who avoids rule breaking from at least my side and plays fair, which I'd also enforce by instituting a system in which breaking rules results in a strike or demotion to help others avoid rule breaking, as most gang members do these days. There will be a minimum rank required to rob, so we will obtain less warnings.
3. Your advice for improving the role play level in the organization.
-I'd try letting my gang members utilize in-game radios, avoid metagaming, and employ more RP orders while ignoring rule breaks. I'll attempt to boost hostage scenarios so that Leos can negotiate and have fun, and I'll also increase doing gun shops and regular store robberies so that gang members may benefit and enjoy their time in the gang. I would boost roleplaying by conducting meetings and inviting everyone in the gang to events. While robbing individuals, I would use /me and /do's. I will make certain that all members follow a standard of roleplay or they will earn a strike, and if they continue to do so, they will be kicked. I'll invite individuals who are familiar with the server and reinforce the duties for others. My advise for raising the quality of Roleplay in the city is to try to teach and coach newer players through the proper processes while also assisting them in determining where they can improve. Help new players through the grand experience and provide them with a great outlook.
