As a child, Arbaj did not encounter proper role models, since both of his parents were criminals/Drug addicted, teaching him how to shoot, and preparing him for a life as a killer .As a result, Arbaj slowly developed a split personality to help cope with having to kill people, although he found it somewhat difficult to take lives, at most he wound or incapacitated them.A mutual bond formed between Arbaj and his enemies, and these enemies forced him to move to Los Santos.

After finding a family where he had married, Arbaj works for the EMS, and He wanted a job where killing was less required, while also giving him good cover against anyone who might be looking for her. Nevertheless, Arbaj keeps a revolver on him in case it is necessary, knowing that at any moment his cover may be compromised. He sells the guns to people he trusts and gives extra money to EMS from the sale.
