1- The Reason why I want to become leader of this organization is because I have some extra attachment to SAHP. I started as a probie in SAHP in Larry Mcgavin term and work hard all my way up to Chief of SWAT in Rocky's term. I got total of 3.5 term experience in SAHP. I have worked in HRT, IA and SWAT department while I was there and got ton of experience learning from different chiefs on how to run different departments.
2- I have work in all organizations and have gather valuable experience while working I believe I could lead SAHP to maintain the success they have maintained under past few leaders. My experience in other orgs will come handy when dealing with special missions.
3- I have personal attachment to SAHP as this was the org that have helped me grow in this city while working in this org I have met some amazing people and have made some great friends. I want everyone that join this org under my leadership experience what I experience while working there. I want SAHP not to known as a org I want SAHP to be known as a family where everyone is going to work together to achieve success and ready to stand behind each other if somebody made a mistake.
3. Your advises for improving RolePlay level in organisation.
I have worked in every leo org present in this city I have learned many amazing things while working there. I dont want SAHP as a place where people just basically go out and attend atm robberies. I want everyone to take every 911 call seriously If we got a 911 call saying come or I will die I want my units to prioritize that call go there ask why the guy want to take his life give him reassurance and maintain rp not leave the call saying its a troll call. I have plans to implement better things in UC department I want to use my experience in FIB to implement new things in UC department. I also have plans to improve rp in special missions I want special missions to look like something big or important is happening. I want to have better rp in court cases.I also like to improve rp when selling insurances instead of just saying selling you insurance the officer go around the car and check car condition and then ask car owner to open up car hood to check its engine condition and then sell the insurance.
