2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

I wanna be the leader of ballas because i think i can handle Vagos very well and i have a good experience in all the gangs also. I have also been a deputy of vagos at another City and have leadership qualities experience from my previous leadership.

Also I will keep Vagos on top by maintaining very good activity of it. I have been selected for interview 1 time but i did a small mistake that why i was denied. I just need a last chance to prove that i have all leadership qualities that are required in a leader.

I m gonna dominate over other gangs and leo's in all events such as clandestine and battleship as well as will make togeter in Fort zancudo and will fight the best again leo's and make Vagos on top.

To improve roleplay in my organization

I will maintain the bonus system very well and everyone will get bonus according to work done. Deputies will handle bonuses very well

There will be no favourism and everyone will get rank according to their Hard work and the grind. There would be a turf leader who can lead turfers well and help to save warns.

There would be a tough interview of people so that only well knowlegable people join the org and help be safe from warns.

I would take tests of people every week to improve their knowledge
